Terms of Service

Exibite turns your Unsplash catalog into a hosted portfolio site: a gallery, an about page, a blog, contact details, and custom pages, published at a subdomain or custom domain of your choosing.

2. Your account

You sign in with your Unsplash account. You're responsible for keeping that account secure, and for all activity that happens under your Exibite account. One Exibite account is created per connected Unsplash account.

3. Plans and billing

  • Exibite offers a free plan and a paid "Studio" plan, billed on a recurring basis through Stripe.
  • Paid plans may include a free trial period; you won't be charged until the trial ends unless you cancel first.
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings; you'll keep paid features until the end of the current billing period.
  • Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the bio, blog posts, pages, and other content you add. You're responsible for making sure you have the right to publish everything on your portfolio, including complying with Unsplash's own license terms for the photos you display. We may remove content that violates these Terms or infringes someone else's rights.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • publish unlawful, infringing, or harmful content;
  • impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation;
  • attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.

6. Third-party dependency

The Service relies on the Unsplash API to sync your photos. If Unsplash changes or restricts access to that API, some features may be affected or unavailable — this is outside our control.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Exibite and [Company Legal Name] are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
